币圈一天，人间十年。

当炒币客在币圈待了三四年，如约成为老韭菜，会不会对这个圈子沉淀出自己的视角？

马斯克喊单、各部门监管、新韭菜乱入...2021又是币圈黑天鹅频飞的一年，对年轻人来讲，这是一个可以把猪吹上天的风口吗？亦或是一个连光也逃不脱的黑洞？时间给了不同的人不同答案。

这次我们请了几位炒币客，聊了聊自己的炒币经历。我们也要先提醒想入场的朋友，如果这是个新事物，请对它保持敬畏，也保持怀疑。

玩币收益近千万，吃10多块的面都嫌贵

区块链的技术是螺旋式上升的，数字货币仅仅是它的一种表现形式，我们的信仰是区块链。

我是2019年进的场，我老公比我早两年，他算是这个圈子里的KOL（关键意见领袖），喜欢分析币圈的技术面，也懂一些金融知识，不算是完全的投机者。

我们本金加起来3万块左右，从2017到现在，最高收益到过千万，但是炒币客的状态很相似：币圈挥金如土，平常缝缝补补。 我们连外面10来块的面条都觉得贵，平常的 娱乐 也就是外出看看电影， 到了生活层面的消费，对标的可就是自己的工资了。

币圈开始有不少屌丝，都是生活上不太如意的人。我们2017年在深圳工作，一线城市的房价真遥不可攀，凭工资想都不要想。当时我老公初进币圈正赶牛市，3万本金很快翻到200多万。但是币圈一天，人间十年，很快又跌到几十万，这几年做了10多趟过山车，起起伏伏大起大落，5.19那天我们利润回吐了大概200万，这样的经历算是习以为常了， 币圈挣的钱，像大风刮来的，会刮来也就意味着会刮走。

2019年我们回成都买了第一套房，当时还没在币圈套过现，首套房的钱就是东拼西凑，当时我们的心态就是什么也不想，便宜就行。后来套了300万左右，又在成都买了一套公寓和一套住宅，这时候就比较关注房子的品质和小区环境。 在大部分同龄人还在为首付发愁的时候，我们不到30岁在二线就有了这些资产，生活上会很从容，这个里面，有很大运气的成分。

开始在币圈我们处于一个囤币的阶段，自己在平台小程序上挖矿，牛市挖矿非常暴利，几万本金一两天就可以收回来。后来一些大佬带着几亿几十亿的巨款入场挖矿，基本把矿挖塌了，形成了一种垄断。币圈这几年其实发展的很快，华尔街几十年沉淀出的金融玩法几个月就在币圈落地，加上国家层面的监管，这个圈子在朝着良性发展，规则建立了，投机者就可能变少。

金融市场是人性的修罗场。不少玩家尤其是新入局的嫩韭菜，手里的币涨了就认定这是经济领域的革命，跌了，币圈就成了庞氏骗局。 我们每天生活的状态就是工作、下班炒币、研究玩币的策略套路、读项目书，我可能挣一个亿也不会离场，它成了我生活的一部分。我们愿意和区块链的技术一起成长。当然，我们也不辞职，工作才是比较稳定的收入来源。

想入场的新人千万不要借钱炒币，更不能梭哈，最好先亏点钱，心态和技术都需要沉淀，这个圈子里有不少投机行为，但不要成为一个投机者。 如果这是一场赌局，赌到最后都是人心。

币圈是把人性放大了很多倍的修罗场 ，24*365不停歇地在路上狂奔，只要赌场还在开门，就一定有赌徒参与进来，狂欢永不眠。

2017年，在一场酒局上，涛哥跟我们谈论一种叫数字货币的东西，当时这还是一个新概念，现在大家听到这个词可能见怪不怪，但在4、5年前听说这么个词，还有人告诉你它可以涨几倍，毫无疑问，你会觉得这是个骗局。

时间不长，当年的9月4号，是币圈的一个标志性事件，七部委联合打击区块链泡沫，币灾从天而降，炒币客被连根拔起。 但过后不久，数字货币就开启了新一轮的蒙眼狂奔。 到12月份，涛哥已经积累了千万收益，潇洒地离开传统互联网，转身去了一家区块链公司。这时候我就想好好研究一下数字货币，最终我认为，这大概率就是个击鼓传花的郁金香骗局，可能是本世纪最大的经济泡沫，但即便泡沫破裂，也足以在世界金融史上留下传奇的一笔。

作为 科技 公司的年轻人，我决定要做一把时代的弄潮儿，于是就投了5万，成为了币圈切身的体验者。

最近狗狗币比较火了，经常在热搜上徘徊，其实4年前就已经有了，当时我还研究了它的白皮书和背景，和狗狗币的创始人一样，我觉得这个东西就是在 搞笑 。 那时候狗狗币一枚价格貌似就一两分钱，很多人不是买的，是挖矿的时候平台送的。 最近doge疯涨，当年的很多人才记起来自己还持有，不少人都忘了钱包密码。

币圈还是很有意思的，当时我买了一款公链的币，最高收益翻了10倍，但我们就觉得要看到1000倍，天空才是极限。币圈不像股市，可以分析一只股票的PB、PE值，从而推导出股价的合理区间。 炒币是基于共识，就像当有1000个人说玫瑰象征爱情，那玫瑰就真的和爱情产生了联系，共识是什么？有时候就是空气。

在熊市的时候，共识破裂，我的50万收益最低连1万都不到。

最近兴起了新一轮炒币风潮， 我们公司有个炒币群，我眼睁睁地看着它几天内从300人变成了两千人。 里面很多技术大佬，也有很多年轻人，不少新人来了就开合约，幻想暴富，结果被多空双爆，他们又嚷嚷着要把炒币群改名为“虚拟货币维权群”，给出各种奇奇怪怪的维权点。在我看来，这是一群心态不成熟的投机者、渴望不劳而获的赌徒，对他们来讲，币圈可能是一个黑洞。

币圈真是存在人生百态。当时引我入圈的涛哥，牛市的时候感觉飞黄腾达，阶层跨越，做各种投资，周游全世界。熊市的时候就很低落，大规模盈利消失，甚至去找了算命先生，问人家币圈会朝什么方向发展；有的人追涨杀跌不知适可而止，赔进家财也不收手；也有人几句喊单就能引起币圈大震。

这是一个各种毒蛇猛兽出没的丛林，心态不好的人成不了万兽之王。

我想和新来的炒币客聊一聊

马斯克属于一个乱入者，币圈这一轮牛市和去年的新冠疫情关联太大。

刚入圈的时候我是个投机者。2017年12月，比特币单价超过2万美金，当时真被这个价格吸引了，不过真正炒币是从18年3月开始的。当时充了大概5万块左右，最初玩的时候也没碰过比特币，对小散户来讲，它的价格太高了，而且涨跌幅比较稳定，一天涨10个点，在币圈不会满足的，买的主要还是以山寨币为主。

18年下半年遇到了大熊市，当时手里的三款山寨币全部腰斩，有的跌掉了百分之九十，最惨的时候，5万本金只剩4000块钱。后来在区块链媒体公司工作，和一些同事聊了聊，才慢慢懂了一些操作。到今年最高浮盈百万左右，5.19币圈被血洗的时候，我一天浮亏了20万，其实还挺难受的。

炒币是个心神不宁的生意，币圈波动性太大，会忍不住隔一会就看一眼平台。 要盯价格盯k线，研究是不是做的方向反了，会不会亏损，要不要止损止盈。可能睡觉的时候一个波动，单子就爆仓了。

以前我开单的时候，基本上晚上会醒两三次，3点醒一次，5点又醒一次，这是不需要闹钟的，是生理的应激反应。 这几年，就觉得头发白了不少，也掉了许多。

去年疫情，不少国家放水，大家为了抵抗通胀，不少人进了币圈，加上马斯克的喊单，和各种庄家的舆论博弈，市场情绪显得很浮躁。 作为一个老韭菜，还是想对打算入场的人聊点看法——

投资是挣的认知和认识边缘的钱。 如果你刚刚进场就翻了许多倍，千万不要觉得那就是你的能力了，你可能就是运气好。你不去了解这个行业，不去总结归纳这个行业的规则，不提升自己的认知水平，到手的钱一定会亏出去。就像我18年的时候，总体还是亏得挺惨的。

同时也希望每一个炒币客都能坦然地经历一次牛熊。 熊市来了也不要恐慌，这是一个非常好的买入时机，大部分的投资本身就是挣高买低卖的差价，事非经过不知难，切身走了这一个流程，你才能明白其中的一些规则。

最重要的一点，千万别碰什么资金盘、传销币，这个东西太害人，随时都能跑路的平台才是最大的风险环，一定要走正规的渠道。

C. 为什么说创业唯“坚”，不能被一时迷惑，如何看待“山寨币FIL”

最近几天，有人罩团在说:“比特之外，皆是山寨”“山寨头子以太闭简”

确实，在前些天以太弱的人们对市场信心略显怀疑。然后这两天以太又从领跌和比特走势趋同。人们只会就眼前的目光看待事物，只要这个东西在目前能带来收益，它就好的，反之，就是坏的。

我们始终都要明白，不论什么事物，什么经济，在现在的 社会 都是多元化发展的。这是在 历史 宏观下得出来的规律。

为什么会出现多元化，其实是我们生活中很简单的道理。

比如，你在绘画上很有天赋，画的画也十分的受人追捧。于是，你在办理了一切手续之后，在街上开了个小店卖画。开始，确实卖的很好，但是，因为一些原因比如画风，喜好等，人们出现审美疲劳了。

后来，有人画画也很不错，它看见你画画赚钱后，也想画画赚钱，只是，它这次不仅在街上来了个小店，还在各个网站发布信息，还有多种风格。

后来，人们都发现画画能赚钱了，便开始开发画画赚钱的各种方式。

从风格单一变得多种多样，从不会动变的动起来，从单一副画到一个系列，从实体到虚拟到它的衍生产品。

渐渐地，画画赚钱的各种方式都有了，画画的各种附属品和必需品的价格也起来了。我们这里可以说，画画的生态已经完全成熟了，那么它的未来市场也透支的差不多了，我们需要的就是革新，或者从事其他的行业。

上面，我说的画画赚钱的各种方式，比如动画行业，插画，原画，漫画等是多元化的。

同样，在加密领域也是一样的道理。

我们尚且知道比特币只是一个去中心化的账本制度，它除了存储记账没有其他作用。所以，后面才会出现以太，利用去中心化技术打造区块链公链领域，由此开始，币圈迎来了百花齐放的局面。而我们从去年开始说的火热的FIL，也是众多加密货币里的一种，它不仅是去中化的记账，更是服务于数据存储。

我们尚且知道现在的数据问题已经不容小视。那么在面对这么大一个蛋糕时，有人会不心动吗？所以出现了AR,SC等一批分布式存储的项目。

同样的，并不是没一种项目出来就享受福利，没有风险。就像现在的共享单车一样，从出现到现在倒闭可不少公司，真正赢得福利的还是顺应时代潮流的。

我们尚且知道创新发展是任何行业发展都必须具备的。同样对于分布式存储行业，对于加密领域我们要抱有物态橘危机意识。

FIL目前的情况确实不理想，就胡安本人大意也是，.FIL目前生态没有完善，只能跟着比特潮流，待时间足够，项目推进才能一飞冲天。

我们在很多文章里也看到很多项目方的信息，很多未来情况走势。

我们尚且看到现在的不理想，缺往往忽略一些重要的问题。就像去年的人们，只看到泡沫般浮动价格，以至于现在人人都在谩骂。其实，我们在谩骂FIL的同时，是不是也在怀疑自己的眼光？

答案是大多偏向于人心的，因为有价值和没有价值也都是人心的产物。

我们尚且不去讨论过去的FIL如何，因为过去的都过去了，现在的情况，大家都一眼了然不用多说，未来的情况，多有变化。

那我们现在能做什么，修 养生 息。熊市考验的更多是投资者，而不是项目方。项目的进展只是告诉我们它现在努力实现这个技术。但是，对于技术突破来说，时间是必然需要的。也许一年半载。也许三年五年。

我们始终相信一件事，区块链技术应用生活是必然的，就像互联网现在与我们的生活息息相关一样。

D. 币圈内的一些专业术语是什么

26个区块链行业常用名词解释

1、Blockchain——区块链

区块链是分布式数据存储、点对点传输、共识机制、加密货币算法等计算机技术的新型应用模式。是一个共享的分布式账本，其中交易通过附加块永久记录。

2、Block——区块

在比特币网络中，数据会以文件的形式被永久记录，我们称这些文件为区块。一个区块是一些或所有最新比特币交易的记录集，且未被其他先前的区块记录。

3、Node——节点

由区块链网络的参与者操作的分类帐的副本。

4、去中心化

去中心化是一种现象或结构，必须在拥有众多节点的系统中或在拥有众多个体的群中才能出现或存在。节点与节点之间的影响，会通过网络而形成非线性因果关系。

5、共识机制

共识机制是通过特殊节点的投票，在很短的时间内完成对交易的验证和确认；对一笔交易，如果利益不相干的若干个节点能够达成共识，我们就可以认为全网对此也能够达成共识。

6、Pow——工作量证明

Proofof Work，是指获得多少货币，取决于你挖矿贡献的工作量，电脑性能越好，分给你的矿就会越多。

7、PoS——权益证明

Proofof Stake，根据你持有货币的量和时间进行利息分配的制度，在POS模式下，你的“挖矿”收益正比于你的币龄，而与电脑的计算性能无关。

8、智能合约

智能合约是一种旨在以信息化方式传播、验证或执行合约的计算机协议。智能合约允许在没有第三方的情况下进行可信交易，这些交易可追踪且不可逆转。

9、时间戳

时间戳是指字符串或编码信息用于辨识记录下来的时间日期。国际标准为ISO 8601。

10、图灵完备

图灵完成是指机器执行任何其他可编程计算机能够执行计算的能力。

11、Dapp——去中心化应用

是一种开源的应用程序，自动运行，将其数据存储在区块链上，以加密货币令牌的形式激励，并以显示有价值证明的协议进行操作。

12、DAO——去中心化自治组织

可以认为是在没有任何人为干预的情况下运行的公司，并将一切形式的控制交给一套不可破坏的业务规则。

13、PrivateKey——私钥

私钥是一串数据，它是允许你访问特定钱包中的令牌。它们作为加密货币，除了地址的所有者之外，都被隐藏。

14、PublicKey——公钥

是和私钥成对出现的，公钥可以算出币的地址，因此可以作为拥有这个币地址的凭证。

15、矿机

尝试创建区块并将其添加到区块链上的计算设备或者软件。在一个区块链网络中，当一个新的有效区块被创建时，系统一般会自动给予区块创建者（矿机）一定数量的代币，作为奖励。

16、矿池

是一个全自动的挖矿平台，使得矿机们能够贡献各自的算力一起挖矿以创建区块，获得区块奖励，并根据算力贡献比例分配利润（即矿机接入矿池—提供算力—获得收益）。

17、公有链

完全开放的区块链，是指任何人都可读取的、任何人都能发送交易且交易能获得有效确认的、全世界的人都可以参与系统维护工作，任何人都可以通过交易或挖矿读取和写入数据。

18、私有链

写入权限仅面向某个组织或者特定少数对象的区块链。读取权限可以对外开放，或者进行任意程度地限制。

19、联盟链

共识机制由指定若干机构共同控制的区块链。

20、侧链

楔入式侧链技术（pegged sidechains），它将实现比特币和其他数字资产在多个区块链间的转移，这就意味着用户们在使用他们已有资产的情况下，就可以访问新的加密货币系统。

21、跨链技术

跨链技术可以理解为连接各区块链的桥梁，其主要应用是实现各区块链之间的Atom交易、资产转换、区块链内部信息互通，或解决Oracle的问题等。

22、硬分叉

区块链发生永久性分歧，在新共识规则发布后，部分没有升级的节点无法验证已经升级的节点生产的区块，通常硬分叉就会发生。

23、软分叉

当新共识规则发布后，没有升级的节点会因为不知道新共识规则下，而生产不合法的区块，就会产生临时性分叉。

24、Hash——哈希值

一般翻译做”散列”，也有直接音译为”哈希”的。简单的说就是一种将任意长度的消息压缩到某一固定长度的消息摘要的函数。

25、主链

主链一词源于主网（，相对于测试网），即正式上线的、独立的区块链网络。

对币圈“行话”还不了解的小伙伴，赶快来学习一下：

1、法币是什么？

法币是法定货币，是由国家和政府发行的，只有政府信用来做担保，如人民币、美元等等。

2、token是什么？

token，通常翻译成通证。Token是区块链中的重要概念之一，它更广为人知的名字是“代币”，但在专业的“链圈”人看来，它更准确的翻译是“通证”，代表的是区块链上的一种权益证明，而非货币。

Token的三个要素

一是数字权益证明，通证必须是以数字形式存在的权益凭证，代表一种权利、一种固有和内在的价值；

二是加密货币，通证的真实性、防篡改性、保护隐私等能力由加密货币学予以保障；

三是能够在一个网络中流动，从而随时随地可以验证。

3、建仓是什么？

币圈建仓也叫开仓，是指交易者新买入或新卖出一定数量的数字货币。

4、梭哈是什么？

币圈梭哈就是指把本金全部投入。

5、空投是什么？

空投是目前一种十分流行的加密货币营销方式。为了让潜在投资者和热衷加密货币的人获得代币相关信息，代币团队会经常性地进行空投。

6、锁仓是什么？

锁仓一般是指投资者在买卖合约后，当市场出现与自己操作相反的走势时，开立与原先持仓相反的新仓，又称对锁、锁单，甚至美其名曰蝴蝶双飞。

7、糖果是什么？

币圈糖果即各种数字货币刚发行处在ICO时免费发放给用户的数字币，是虚拟币项目发行方对项目本身的一种造势和宣传。

8、破发是什么？

破指的是跌破，发指的是数字货币的发行价格。币圈破发是指某种数字货币跌破了发行的价格。

9、私募是什么？

币圈私募是一种投资加密货币项目的方式，也是加密货币项目创始人为平台运作募集资金的最好方式。

10、K线图怎么看？

K线图（Candlestick Charts）又称蜡烛图、日本线、阴阳线、棒线、红黑线等，常用说法是“K线”。它是以每个分析周期的开盘价、最高价、最低价和收盘价绘制而成。

11、对冲是什么？

一般对冲是同时进行两笔行情相关、方向相反、数量相当、盈亏相抵的交易。在期货合约市场，买入相同数量方向不同的头寸，当方向确定后，平仓掉反方向头寸，保留正方向获取盈利。

12、头寸是什么？

头寸是一种市场约定，承诺买卖合约的最初部位，买进合约者是多头，处于盼涨部位；卖出合约为空头，处于盼跌部位。

13、利好是什么？

利好：指币种获得主流媒体关注，或者某项技术应用有突破性进展，有利于刺激价格上涨的消息，都称为利好。

14、利空是什么？

利空：促使币价下跌的消息，如比特币技术问题，央行打压等。

15、反弹是什么？

币价在下跌趋势中因下跌过快而回升的价格调整现象。回升幅度小于下跌幅度。

16、杠杆是什么？

杠杆交易，顾名思义，就是利用小额的资金来进行数倍于原始金额的投资，以期望获取相对投资标的物波动的数倍收益率，抑或亏损。

E. 比特币等虚拟货币大跌的原因是什么

比特币大跌原因就是资本流出资本收割，回首一下看看2017年的时候，当时ETH的智能合约这个概念刚出来，资金不断涌入，2017年年头到将近年末一直是个慢牛的状态，资本的流入为牛市作了充分的准备，到了2017年11月-12月比特币一波涨到2万美金，每日早上起床都会看到创新高。

2017年各种发行新币，各种收集资金，比特币的牛市的必然的，随后2018年第一个星期后，牛市开始转熊市了，比特币的牛市来得慢走得快，2018年整个币圈资本跌去90%以上，各种资本的收割，开始熊市漫长的调整，2018年虽然中间有小小的波动升幅，例如EOS的节点选举，HT平台首创的交易挖矿等都只是熊市中的昙花一现，没有能阻挡熊市下跌的趋势。

今年的下跌让投资者回归理性，其实有利于让币圈向规范化发展的，现在先不管数字货币真的有实用价值，这次的资本收割让投资者进一步明白到风险管理的重要性，除了今年的币圈，还有P2P，投资者看到有利可图，就不用思考地投机进去，吃亏的最终是自己，这个熊市能否让投资者认清币圈的本质还是未知数。不过币圈日后发展还是需要政府规范，还有平台和项目的正规运行，当然这个都有有资本的支持才可以让币圈有系统良性的发展下去。

所以说，资本流出是比特币大跌的最大原因。

大跌的原因是庄家操盘。有过投资经验会看K线数据的人都知道，现在加密货币这个市场已经被大机构大庄家所控制，常常会有莫名其妙的拉盘，也有莫名其妙的砸盘。多空争夺毫无预兆。即便偶尔有利好利空消息，也都是庄家开始运作的借口。

因为没有监管，所以这个市场人为操纵的痕迹很明显，只能通过交易所来进行一些限制。但假如交易所也和庄家一起加入收割韭菜的行列，那谁进来都不管用，除非有实力和庄家打对台。

去年比特币不应该涨至2万美元的高度，但是借助着去年各种山寨币的狂发吸引了大批的资金涌入了币圈，各种空气币传销币在发行之初就是利用比特币和以太坊来众筹的，无形之中拉高了这两个币的价格。此后大量的山寨币迎来牛市获利盘最终涌入了比特币也成就了比特币的 历史 巅峰价格接近2万美元的高度。

此后大量获利盘开始逃离，从今年2月非常明显的抛压2万美元直接下跌至6000美元，后来在超跌反弹9700美元此后又是无尽的熊市漫漫征途。仅仅从最近11月15号开启的这波下跌加速，就需要比特币2到3个月的时间来修复，并且3100美元还并不是最终的大底。

所以说比特币大跌本身就是牛市的结束熊市的开启，资金盘没有资金运作之后就得用自身的空间来换取时间，这就是最大的原因。

本轮熊市，以比特币为首的数字货币大跌，其本质原因是市场泡沫过多，币价的下跌是真实价值的修复过程。

上一次牛市形成的原因，跟1C0有很大的关系。1C0让发币、募资变得容易，几乎不需要付出什么成本，加上市场缺乏监管，导致骗子横行，空气项目泛滥。行业的“火热”带动了币价飞涨。同时，行业的混乱也引来了各国的监管，监管之下，1C0走向了死亡，发币和募资逐渐变得艰难，炒币的热度也慢慢消退。

泡沫被监管这把利刃戳破，而大量项目又没法落地应用，整个行业自然难以支撑起那么高的价格，币价大跌也就是顺理成章的事了。

从短期看，币价大跌让整个行业步入了寒冬，但从长期看，行业逐渐回归理性，将更有利于行业的良性发展，只有把区块链技术真正的用起来，行业才能迎来真正的“牛市”！

比特币，一种用区块链算法算出来的东西。有人叫它虚拟货币，但是请注意，这个东西和货币半毛钱关系都没有。

一，一定是有国家强制力，没有这个基础，是不可能称为货币的，这是国家信用。

二，一定是与现有经济体系相配套的证明，也就是必须要有参照物，一般来说是金子，外汇。并不是随便印刷，需要有等价物去对冲。

比特币挖矿得来的一直虚拟币，没有哪个国家赋予它强制力，赋予它信用。也没有一个等价物标识它的价值。所以，不能叫做货币。随随便便一个区块链算法就可以虚拟一个xx币。

再比如Q币，Q币是货币吗？肯定不是，它只是货币购买来的一种虚拟商品，这种商品可以在腾讯的虚幻世界购买虚拟物资。

既然不是货币，那么为什么还有市场，有人气呢？

一是，人们对新事物的陌生，不知道根源。二是，算法复杂，所谓挖矿困难，需要消耗很多能源，这是产生了成本。三是，有人喜欢，也有人贪婪，想占有更多。

主要是四个原因：

1. BCH分叉导致BCH价格过山车，带坏了整个比特币系列的走势。而且大量的算力被从BTC移到BCH，导致BTC交易变慢，加剧了持有人的不安全感。

2. USDT遭遇挤兑提现，造成市场稳定币严重不足。

3. STO等二级市场衍生品开发，降低了比特币等数字货币的战略意义。

4. 目前是技术性熊市，稍有风吹草动就可能暴跌。

有人说是bch分叉导致。

有人说是期货市场所致。

有人说是。。。。！

我不以为然！

我觉得牛的是bitfinex的操盘手，牛的是usdt的控制力。

为什么这么说？

先从币圈资金进场渠道说起，法币进场最大途径是场外，usdt，或者一些法币交易所。

而usdt是规模最大的稳定币。从流通市值28亿迅速回购到17亿。

现在来理一理这中间发生了什么？

在10月15日，江湖传言USDT崩盘。usdt价格最低跌到0.86美金。然后bitfinex就回购了10亿美金的usdt。平均回购价格在0.9美金左右。姑且不考虑usdt是不是有真的增发现象。单这一点错配的利润就是1亿美金。接下来一个月时间市场趋向平稳。锚定usdt交易平台与锚定usd交易平台，BTC价格从最初价格相差百分之10以上，逐步回归到百分之1之内。BTC的价格区间在6400左右USD/USDT。长达半个多月的横盘。交易量急剧萎缩。市场一片低迷。

是不是有一种可能回购了10亿usdt的bitfinex，会不会将这10亿美金放在锚定usd的市场等待机会。bitfinex出来新的提现政策，这一切都太巧了。让我不得不去联想。

现在来复盘下昨天晚上的交易，11点左右开始砸盘，因为交易市场的体量不一样，深度不一样。usdt市场和usd市场，跌的速度明显差异。最大差距达到百分之14。usdt报价6000 ，usd市场报价5280。这时候之前提到的10亿美金已经放在usd市场的猎手机会来了。从usd市场买币，usdt市场卖币。谁可以干这个事情？掌握着usdt和usd无障碍兑换的bitfinex。你可能说那是usdt贬值，或者市场低迷造成。但是场外疯狂溢价又怎么解释呢？

这一切太巧了，不得不和bitfinex联系起来。然后在其他资金进场受阻的情况下，bitfinex可以从usd市场买币usdt市场卖币。逐步把这个差价磨平。截止发文时间。usdt市场和usd市场差价百分之三。场外usdt暂时报价1.01美金，溢价百分之1。

控制了稳定币资金池的人才是最大的庄。单单一个流动性限制。就足以杀死一大堆机构。

有人问，不破不立，是牛要来了么。

我也不以为然。我们想一想，币圈最大问题不是共识，而是法币资金进场渠道。而usdt现在一家独大摁住大家的咽喉。

随着其他稳定币的崛起，进场渠道的多样化，或许牛就来了。

突然意识到缺的不是资金而是，资金进场渠道。

主要是四个原因：

应该是，例如，烟厂的某一款香烟，对应一枚硬币，这枚硬币随时可以换这款香烟，你持有这枚硬币可以到超市买东西，超市可以用它换香烟。农民可以用它换化肥。

扯蛋，要这干吗？

有，钞票就行了。

想过几天付钱，不是有承兑吗？

想提前用钱，不是有信用卡吗？

扯蛋的比特币。

毫无用处。

F. 9月21日（深扒背后的秘密）稳定币稳稳定定的把你毙

事由：

“9月 18 日，中信国际资产管理有限公司与银河数字资产管理有限公司签署协议，通过对银河资管的入股和业务重组，借助其发行的资产通证WIT Wealth in Token 及其管控体系，将正式进入数字资产管理业务领域。在得到新股东的资源和牌照支持后，银河资管将在香港加速资产通证化的扩展力度，合规运营，全面发展。”

“WIT ，万通宝，作为一种加密数字凭证，在以太坊体系上自由流通。WIT 在和银河资管进行兑换时，锚定的法定货币是离岸人民币 CNH，按照 1:1 进行兑付。”

上面这则消息很快刷爆了币圈，大家弹冠相庆，认为“国产稳定币”终于来了！

那么，到底是不是这样呢？咱们一起来看一下。

 公司情况：

我们先看下上面提及的两家公司，我们先去查看了这家中信国际资产管理有限公司，很抱歉，由于企业“涉外”，很多信息都无法核实。

我又去查了这家公司的首页，确实为中信集团成员之一，是于 2002 年自中信嘉华银行分拆出来的一个子公司，后逐步转型为从事直接投资及资产管理业务的资产管理公司，然而网站页面里并未搜索到任何与银河数字资产管理有限公司合作的新闻。

而这家所谓的很大的银河公司，除了能查到是在今年3月份才注册的，其他信息都无法核实。

唯独可以查到的是，这家公司的实际权益人，名字叫常波，而这个常波身上还有10几家公司，并且如下图，此人担任高管因为某些原因多次被人起诉，呵呵哒。

既然有个实际权益人的名字，我很快顺藤摸瓜，继续查看此人身上的所有公司，很快就查到一家名叫深圳优联常波是其董事长兼总经理。通过这家公司，我查到了很多的上下游公司，注意我圈出来的，珠海横琴。

就这么一路往上查看，终于找到了源头，源头恰恰就叫香港中信国际资产管理有限公司。

 所以结论是，香港中信国际资产管理有限公司并不是直接投资优联金服，而是通过两个层级的股权关系，间接持有4.5%的股权，其次，香港中信国际资产管理有限公司和中信国际资产管理有限公司其实是两家公司，后者才是中信集团真正的子公司，而香港中信国际资产管理有限公司仅仅是附属公司，管理层存在一定的交集，两者性质却有不同。所以，与很多骗局的开始类似，这个很有实力的银河公司和这个很有实力的中信公司，其实很可能隶属于一个权利人或者一个权力集体。

那么这则新闻到底是从何而来的呢？我们查看了之前的新闻，发现来源是一个叫格隆汇的名字。

格隆汇是什么呢？是一家专业服务中国人海外投资的社交平台，以互联网众筹研究的方式，为所有中国人进行海外证券投资提供资讯、研究、交易、社交等全方位的服务。隶属于格隆汇科技发展（深圳）有限公司。但是当我们在里面检索这条新闻的时候，你会发现，链接全部失效了，而此类“稳定币”的新闻，在外媒上没有发现特别的报道，那这个新闻真是好玩了哟。

 白皮书：

那么，我们再去看看这个万通宝的白皮书是怎么说的呢，篇幅较多我就不给大家全部截图了，我就直接来说问题所在把。

在白皮书中，WIT说了很多，描述了很多应用的场景，描述了很多能解决的问题，但是所谓稳定币，为什么稳定？这个核心问题却没有明确说明，既然目前已经发行了WIT，所谓的1：1的同等离岸人民币，在哪儿呢？是否有获得香港金融管理局的行政许可，或者国资会计师事务所的验资报告、审计报告？否则，谁能告诉我，这个所谓1：1的法币，到底是否存在呢？

而其实在WIT这则新闻满天飞的时候，央行也刚好发了禁止令，所以从政治角度说，无论是央行还是外汇管理局，还是香港金管局，对离岸人民币都有监管的，更何况是锚定人民币的稳定币，在政策上暂时没有任何允许的行政许可吧。

10亿风波：

目前所谓的稳定币，一定有它的信用背书，参照美元稳定币TUSD以及现在火热的GUSD，他们的发行数量是随着法币存款的增加而同步增加，这也符合其发行规律。WIT目前的发行机制也类似，也就是存入一定量的人民币法币，然后发行对应数量的WIT。

那我们去检验一下WIT呢，其智能合约地址为 ，为了检验真实性，我将其中一笔转账记录的Hash值输入WIT官网进行验伪，验证通过，说明这个合约地址正确。

但是我们很快发现了异常，这个异常也被诸多媒体爆料，从创建WIT开始，其初始发行量就有10亿个，按照法币汇率比值，相当于一开始就发行了10亿元人民币的等值代币。这意味着其必须要有10亿元的人民币存款作为基础资产进行抵押，然而目前并没有任何关于这10亿元人民币的存款以及托管信息。

从发行之初到现在，WIT发行总量一直保持10亿不变，而已经有用户打款兑换WIT，这说明WIT根本没按照1:1锚定法币存款的增加机制发行WIT，只是在10亿的初始发行量中流转。

 WIT的前世今生：

WIT是法新闻的时候才上线的么？很抱歉，并不是，其实WIT在6、7月份就已经上线了一家山寨交易所，但是鲜有人知，如下图我们可以看到，WIT24小时交易量为0，其实就是僵尸币，或者说单机币。

 也就是随着这一波的造势，WIT还算是有了一丢丢的交易量，如下是非小号的数据，WIT上线了IDCM交易所，很抱歉，我又孤陋寡闻了，没听说过这是什么鸡毛交易所。目前价格大概在1块上下，成交量反正也是少的可怜。

兑付条件：

按照官方渠道的兑付条件，你需要用银行卡汇款到卡号为735-121507318的中信银行（国际）账户中，也就是说你拿出去的是法币，收到的是一个初始发行量为10亿，信息不透明的WIT。

总结：

至此，我想我已经说的非常清楚了，你花出去的是人民币，得到了其实就是个毫无意义的山寨玩意，所谓的1：1根本不存在，更谈不上任何政治稳定。说到底，无非是熊市山寨币庄家的套路罢了。熊市的时候，大家的主要血液还是要回到BTC身上，这些发币方想尽了办法来搞各种忽悠，甚至搬出了国字头的稳定币，简直贻笑大方，相关内容，如果造成大额资金，弄不好可以算诈骗了把，还是提醒大家一定要注意骗局啊，最好的规避方法，就是别去买一些不明不白的山寨币。

五、谈谈散户的和庄家的定位问题

在一个大草原上，小散户就是羊群，而庄家是狼。我这样定位大家可能没什么意见吧，不管是股市还是币圈有70%人赔钱，这基本上是真实的。就像打麻将一样，四个人打，三个人赔。这三个人的钱自然流入到那一个人口袋里去了，也就是说，股民和炒币的所赔数万亿既没消失，也没挥发，而是转移，转移到少数人口袋里去了。这就是狼吃羊的故事。

      在草原中，羊看到狼会跑，为什么？怕它把自己吃了。但在股市里却不一样，大部分人买股票喜欢买有庄股，说有庄股拉起来就凶了，会涨的快，最好是强庄。羊在草原上吃什么？吃草。它会选择有狼的地方去吗？而且这个狼还非常彪悍。绝对不会。

      这就是股民的自我定位上的错误，你本来是羊，吃草就行了，这个草就是找个名气币种，像莱特币，小以太，比特币之类，在合适的价格下把它买来，然后找机会做波段。或者长期持服，但大部分炒币的人不这样，总想跟着狼后面吃点残羹剩渣，这还有不亏损的道理？

六、主力是如何对散户进行教育灌输的？

      我说的这个题目，不少人可能觉得新鲜，没听说过这样的事，主力还能对我进行教育灌输？是不是维稳或者保障群众财产性收入之类的。我说不是，其实你没感觉，那就是主力的成功，主力不需要你感觉什么，只要你按着他的指挥去做就行。

      主力有这样的本事？那他叫我割肉我就割肉，让我站顶我就站顶，那我的钱不都让主力赚去了？对，情况就是这样。

      那主力给散户灌输的是什么呢？很简单，熊市思维和牛市思维。只要你接受了这两种思维中的一种，你到股市来基本上就是赔钱的，成了主力下酒的小菜。

      有这么厉害么？我就来谈谈传销中的洗脑。

      现在传销还在一些地方暗地进行，人员数量也不少。但在社会大众中，已经成了臭狗屎，人们避之唯恐不及，不过传销依然存在，这就说明其有异于常理的地方，其实这就是强制洗脑。

人刚开始进入他们群内，可能都不愿意参与传销，因为大部分是被骗去的，但他们有办法让你服从，最后自觉自愿的加入到他们当中，成为他们的一员。

他们是怎么做的呢？就是上课，让你在这个群体中，天天说的同样话题，不少人现身说法，只要几个月下来，你基本上已经接受了，在过一段时间，你就失去了自我，变成了一个被操控的木偶。

      在币圈里，其实主力在做着同样的事，那就是用K线不断的，反复的，长时间的向你灌输着熊市或者牛市思维，大家有没有感觉最近乱七八糟炒币微信群越来越多，每天讨论的不是这个币就是哪个币，不是这个币涨10倍，就是哪个币翻20倍。

其实人的思维一但形成，那惯性是要维持很长时间的，为什么现在许多炒币的被套，或者被深套？相信牛市还在。而且这一次新老菲菜均被套，不过老菲菜赚钱的肯定是大部分

每一轮反弹，后面伴随着更深的下跌，不断的被反复，几年如此，你会的到一个什么思维方式？先是不敢，最后就是大胆的高抛低吸。对，主力要的就是这个结果，当 最后一个高抛了，你还在耐心的等待低吸时，价格已经高升，但你吓破了胆，不敢再去追了，这时候，你已经被熊市思维的惯性给控制了。

七、市场主力是怎样让散户割肉的？

一般人在被套初期总有这样的想法，我就相当于存银行了，我不卖，就是不卖，打死我也不卖，这个币很不错，各种应用还可以，凭什么让我卖？过几年肯定会涨回来 的。这时候被套10%，20%，40%，但到了最后70%或者80%以上时反而说了声：“庄爷爷，偶怕你了，给你行了吧。”喀嚓一刀，割个干净。

这种现象很奇怪，为什么在套得少的时候不卖，结果到账上所剩无几时反而能痛下决心割干净呢？其实这就是市场主力的诱惑，因为几年的牛市思维惯性，使你坚决相 信牛市还存在，跌20%咱补仓，摊低成本，等它反弹到我不亏时我就出局。但情况却不如你料想的，散户大部分表现为两种：一是到其成本位就不太愿意出了，还 想再赚一点；还有一种可能就是股价到不了他的成本位就又下去了，散户的补仓不但没有减少成本反而扩大了亏损。

那我坐庄是怎么做到这一步的？太简单了，当跟风盘变少而抛压增大时立即反做，我跑在大部分人前面。

      这样的反弹后面的幅度会越来越小，最后干脆横盘，到了最后期，一天跌个一分两分，上下幅度只有几分，你想做T是根本不可能的事，因为我把做T的成本计算好了，买卖的差价不够手续费，再说了。因为不断的下跌，你只要卖出去基本就没什么兴趣再买回来了。

      有人可能有疑问，既然都是那样，我不卖不就得了。

      其实，到了亏损70——80%以上的情况下是没人愿意割肉的，但为什又割了？这就是市场主力的诱惑，在反弹中，不断的安排一些币走翻倍行情。你拿的币子不断阴跌，极长时间毫无起色，而不少股一反弹就是很快翻倍，并且那个业绩是一天不如一天，你心里是什么滋味？

     从忍耐、怀疑到绝望，最后痛下决心调仓换币。当市场大部分人都这样做时，主力就获得了成功。

     调仓换币错了吗？不错，不过你很难买到那些反弹中很快翻倍的币，为什么？一个它是逆市而行，大部分人因为害怕把筹码早早的就抛了； 第二是仙币，那筹码都在主力手上，做多少都是给你看的。第三是你买到了，并获得了利润。不过，这是你撞大运了，在这个市场里比例极低。

八、市场主力是到底谁？

要说明这个问题,还是从股市上来举例子：美国道琼斯最有名的1929年大崩盘说起。

1929年10月，道琼斯发生了历史上最有名的大崩盘，到现在为止各个学者仍然是众说纷纭，莫终一是，只是说泡沫破裂，导致道琼斯走入熊市，并对后来美国经济破坏极大，导致资本主义国家进入萧条。

不过翻翻历史，我到是感觉很奇怪，当时美国经济相当繁荣，完全可以支持美股继续高涨，拿现在的时髦话，基本面支持股价上升，市盈率并不高,那它在牛市7年后 为什么突然改变方向？终于我发现了一点，美联储在1929年3月份开始收紧流动性，在后面几个月里有人在大量做空，当年它的一季度，二季度的指数平均值要 高于三季度，这说明了一个问题，说明市场主力在大量出货，而10月19日的那一天不过是个临界点被击穿罢了。

当时美国总统胡佛发表谈话，要求美国人民要有信心，美国的基本面仍然健康，不过后来好象没有多大作用，救市也不了了之。再后来就更有意思了，美国普通人的财 富大量缩水，政府的财力却直线上升，罗斯福在经济学家凯恩斯的建议下实行新政，将美国的大量资源投入了基础设施建设，国内市场重整，武器军工方面等，终于 赢得了二战的胜利，使美国从一个普通国家成为世界上的超级大国。

当然，在1987年美国股市走熊，还没两年苏联就在美国打压下跨台了，当时苏联赖以生存的能源出口全面亏损，国际原油居然降到9美元一桶。要知道将国际原油打到9美元，需要多少财力支持，那都是高买低卖。在29年到87年中间还有几次走熊，因为限于篇幅我就不说许多了。

这说明，像美国这样的国家，股市走熊和政府的财力是负相关的。政府越有钱，股市就越走熊，政府越没钱，股市越牛！

有人可能有疑问，那日本股市90年熊市呢，台湾及东南亚呢？不过有一点可以肯定，这些国家和地区熊市后，美国是亢奋的发展，超出了美国历史上的任何时期，仿佛美国有用不完的财力一样.钱哪里来的？

再回到我们国内，93年走熊，到96年，国内经济是大增长。同样的.2001到2005，股市熊，经济走牛，国内基础设施脱胎换骨。但我们国家股市走牛年份 呢,往往都是问题丛生的年份，先是90年代初的市场疲软，96到97年后的亚洲金融危机，99年使馆被炸到2000年在国际上奋力搏击的年代。这次走牛还 没两年，国内通货膨胀加上国际经济走软。这些问题后面都要拿很多钱去应付，特别是奥运后的一地鸡毛，打扫起来那是要费一番周折的。

九、说说赌场，看看币圈有没有它的影子？

一个老板想到一个镇上去开一个赌场，他需要怎样做才能吸引人进来？添置必要的设备，例如吃角子老虎、轮盘赌、明星九七、21点等等。为了吸引人进来，先把这 些装置调到1赔2，意思就是你放一元进去，它就吐两元出来。因为刚开始，人家都还不熟悉，所以尽管老板一赔二，玩的人由于不多，老板也不用拿出多少钱来。

由于这个赌场有赚钱效应，结果吸引了小镇上不少人目光，有些人就开始进来也尝试赌一把。这时候老板一看，人来的多了一些，就将装置调1赔1.5。为什么要这样调呢？因为人进来的多了一些，老板贴一点，大家互相赢一些，赚钱效应仍然强烈。

这时候小镇上就开始沸腾了，那个赌场进去的90%以上都赚钱，我不进去还等何时？大家都把钱向里面送。因为人更多，等于人气被激发起来了，赌场老板也要赢利 了，就把赌*具的赔率调到1赔0.8，老板开始赚0.2。这里可能有人有疑问，人气已经激发起来了，那个老板为什么不把赔率调更高一些，这样赚得不更快一 些吗？

对这个问题老板自然有考虑，还有不少人并没有把钱全部拿出来，如果短时间的调很高就会把人吓走，老板不是赚不到多少钱。终于，赌场里人声鼎沸，大家在赚钱效应的刺激下倾其所有都来赌了。

这时候老板就不动声色的将赌*具的赔率改成1赔0.2了，当然，为了稳住人心，留几台机子不改。经过几天，不少赌徒就有疑问，怎么这些机不吐分啊，我都喂了它好些进去了，原来不是这样的啊，喂一点就开始吐了啊，是不是喂少了，还要继续喂？

这时候大厅总有几台机子丢一元吐几元，叮叮当当发出脆耳的响声。因为不少人的疑问，老板就指那几台吐分的机子说：“不是我这赌场不赚钱，主要是你们机子没选好啊，你看看，那几个人不是赚钱了吗？”

经过一段时间，小镇上的人大部分的钱都装进了老板的腰包，没有多少钱再去赌了，但不少人还不死心，就在赌场里死不走，要求救救赌场，说如果不救，那赌场就完 了。其实，这时候的老板心如明镜，你们口袋里都没钱了，我救赌场就是我要拿钱出来给你们继续玩，这对我有什么好处？   (来自大咖小密圈id99218718)  你们继续在这儿玩，口袋里又没几个钱， 我还要找服务人员，还要茶水、电费和机器损耗的倒贴，发神经了我啊？不但不调高赔率，干脆将其调到1赔零。但老板也不想得罪小镇上的人，因为还想人们挣钱 后下次继续来，就说，你看看，我又添置了不少新机子，而且到镇上到处号召人家来赌，都尽了最大努力了，人家不愿来啊。

实际上老板现在最希望的是什么？是希望小镇上的人离开赌场去外面挣钱，你不出去挣钱，整天泡在赌场里，老板下次赚谁的？

不过小镇上的有些人总整不明白，向老板建议，赌场不旺是否和新玩法缺少有关？例如添加点狮子猫、牌九、梭哈什么的。老板自然点头称是，说后面会考虑，转过背去肚里却骂到：一群蠢货，那玩意更耗钱，这小镇上的人有吗？这个表现今年就在聚币网，自5月到6月份，每天晚上12点总有一个币子要起飞，你有没有感觉像压注，压对了就翻好几倍，不过要6月中旬开始，很多12点就飞一下，就飞不动了，更多的是被套了！

十、大部分散户为什么在币圈里不挣钱？

       其实，这个问题是非常简单的，网友问我操作的座右铭是什么，我的回答就是“慢慢做”。一个庄家，他选择一只币子进入后，就象一个商人选择了一个铺面，租下或者买下后就成为自己生活的一部分，买卖币子就是进货和出货。一般来说需要运作很长时间，几年或者更长时间。

      那么散户呢？大部分都是过客。什么意思？就是看到这个店生意好了，立即在这个店买点货就在店门口摆着卖起来，所希望的就是店铺能将经销的货物提高价格，自己 也能卖上个好价格。这在生意繁荣时无所谓，因为足够的生意，店铺提价仍然可以卖出去，你批的货自然可以沾点光，赚点差价。但到生意疲软时就会怎样？自然会 赔掉老本。
